Meet Our Medical Director
Stephen Laiken, M.D. boasts more than 40 years of experience in occupational medicine. He has also been practicing industrial, preventative, sports and emergency medicine since 1980. Aside from managing all aspects of our company’s medical care, he’s very active in industrial medicine. This includes screening and monitoring workers’ exposure and caring for acute and chronically injured employees.
His Qualifications
Dr. Laiken has extensive training in sports medicine with an emphasis on nutrition, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. While he maintains a Basic Life Support certification, he’s currently certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He also received a certification in Acute Trauma Life Support at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma.
